🕒 Return Eligibility & Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • All included accessories, manuals, and tags must be intact

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility:
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in cases of:

    • Change of mind

    • Incorrect size or preference

    • No longer wanting the product

  • ClubPaws Responsibility:
    We will cover return shipping costs if:

    • The item is defective

    • The item arrived damaged

    • The wrong item was sent

In these cases, we may provide a prepaid return label or reimburse shipping costs.


💸 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except when:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is incorrect


❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Used, damaged, or altered items (not due to our fault)

  • Hygiene-related products that have been opened or used

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • A full refund (including shipping fees)


⏳ Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not been received:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipping costs
